10/17 All Pro Lawn Care will be performing seasonal grounds maintenance and clean-up, including raking and removing leaves and debris from the lawn, flower beds, bushes, patios, walkways, window wells, and gutters.
10/2 October's HOA meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting will be at Victor's and Annie's house on November 6.

9/24 We have selected Scott Metro Property Maintenance, Inc. to replace Allen's Asphalt as our snow-removal service provider.

6/30: The HOA meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 3, has been cancelled. The next meeting will be held on Thursday, August 7.
6/4: The June HOA meeting will be held at 834 Forest on Thursday, June 5, 7:00 PM.

5/23: Sarah currently is making arrangements to have LawnTech come and take care of our landscaping problems. The cost will be about $47.00 per unit.
5/10: Due to inclement weather, our yard clean-up activity has been cancelled.
5/9: Sid Powell has turned our sprinkler system on for the season.
5/8: 844 and 844½ have been purchased by yet another investor, whose name is Nancy. She currently is fixing up the units and then will sell them.
5/1: The May 1 HOA meeting was cancelled.
 
April
4/24: We received an invoice for $3,634.00 from Timberline. It has been forwarded to CPMG for payment.

In response to a phone call disputing charges for snow removal, Allens Asphalt has removed approximately $150 and has sent revised invoices to CPMG for payment.
4/21: Timberline Exteriors has completed our gutter replacement.

3/24: Timberline Exteriors is scheduled to begin replacing our gutters on April 14.

1/29: Looks like the Water Dept. has installed a new water meter out front!
1/20: Star Group has a contract for 846 Forest. The closing is scheduled for 1/31.

1/3:

We hired a new snow-removal company — Allens Asphalt — and terminated our agreement with A Native Landscaping. Allens charges are $26/hr., compared with A Native's $85/hr.

Star Group is in the process of evicting whoever is now living in 844½.

We have hired a new company to handle all of our finances beginning January 1, 2003. They now are working with Granite to ensure a smooth transition.
